GENERAL PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR TALENT

Be sure you click TALENT FORMS to fill out a W9. You only have to do this once unless you move or change your name in which case you must fill out another one.


HOW LONG DOES PAYMENT TAKE & HOW EXACTLY DOES IT WORK?

All payment info is provided on the casting registration page or job agreement link in advance of the casting.  We understand that many of you work with multiple companies with different payment timing for each business. Therefore some of you often confuse them; that's natural.   However we do want to emphasize this information is provided by All Around Talent in advance of the casting. Each model answers that they read the information in their registration form.

Unfortunately, in this industry payment does not come in the mail in a week like a normal job. We cant begin to explain how much we wish it did. Half of our clients still mail us checks which adds more time for us to receive payment. Each client pays a little differently. Our clients average 15 to 45 days to pay All Around Talent. This is not the time it takes for you to receive payment. This is the time the client takes to pay us. You then have to allow time for it be processed and sent to you, so please plan your finances accordingly. Let us repeat. Please plan accordingly. Don't worry we move pretty fast. Once we receive the payment we turn it around to you in 24 to 48 business hours. You will see your payment in your mailbox around 5 to 8 mail days after we receive it. Holidays can cause delays.  If the client pays sooner, you also get paid sooner which does happen frequently.  We do not send out a notice when payment is sent, we just send it.  The actual physical payment comes from the bank, not directly from All Around Talent, so please be sure to check your mail carefully. Again, this information is provided to all talent in advance of the casting and job.  The payment timing does not change. We answer this information for you in advance and it can always be reviewed here. If there are any issues with payment that cause payment to be made outside of the time period stated above, we will be sure to notify you. Remember, we don't get paid until you do, so if you are waiting, so are we.  We share the same mutual interest in getting paid fast.  We never drag our feet or hold onto any payments.   They come in and they go out immediately. WHERE IS PAYMENT SENT TO? 

It is sent to the address on your W9 form.  If you filled one out, be sure you didn't have any typos. Everybody gets a copy of the W9 you filled out in your email.  Typos on your W9 can cause major delays.


HOW AM I PAID?

You are paid via check in the mail.  We do not pay cash.  We are not a fly by night company paying cash on questionable side deals. We are a professional established company that has been in business nationwide for over 13 years. We do not change our payment methods per individual needs or requests.   All talent must be legally 18 and legal to work. Tax forms are sent on or before January 31st via email each year on form 1099 for US citizens. (If you do not get one, its up to you to contact us to notify us. We will be sending a copy to the IRS). Checks will only be made to individuals whom are hired and complete the job. We will NOT re-assign payment to another individual on the talent's behalf under any circumstance. 


WHAT IF I MOVE OR MY NAME CHANGES?   
Simply fill out another W9 form.  It may also be helpful to send an email to let us know to casting@allaroundtalent.com.
Failure to fill out a new W9 form will result in a delayed payment of 2 weeks or more.  Why?  We have to put a stop payment. Then the bank has to clear it and the funds have to be returned.  At that point payment will be re-issued.


WHAT IF ITS PAST THE TIME I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY PAYMENT?

If it is past the time your check should have reached your mailbox, please be sure to fill out the form below.  If you do not get a reply in 24 normal business hours (M - F) after filling out the form, please email  casting@allaroundtalent.com with your name, brand you worked for, date you worked, and location you worked with "PAYMENT CONCERN" in the subject line.  This will be sure your email gets priority attention. Due to the sensitivity of payment issues, we do request that payment issues be addressed IF NEEDED by the form first and then an email for documentation purposes. Please do not text inquires about payment!!!
