We are a talent broker and payroll company and work with models directly as independent contractors, not employees. WE ARE NOT A TALENT DATABASE.
We have been in business over 11 years; experience counts; so much so that other companies have modeled themselves off of our concept. We are truly the pioneers in our market. Occasionally, we will work with classic talent agencies, especially on larger paying jobs. We are not an agency or management company. Agencies and management companies look for work for specific models and sign them to contracts. We work project to project. An agreement is filled out for each job by talent. We find the work and offer it to talent (contractors) as a talent broker. We book talent and staff for events, productions, voice overs, and marketing campaigns nationwide. We book voice overs, on camera talent, events, tradeshows, and so much more across the nation. We also do event marketing with models and talent. Our event marketing models and talent/staff can illuminate what a brands values are, what it stands for and how it relates to their valuable consumers. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A TALENT PROFILE VISIBLE SO THAT CLIENTS CAN CHOOSE TALENT ONLINE?
We do all that work for you unless you want to spend the hours of time it takes to verify talent availability, see if their photos are event updated photos, or resumes, or interviews, OR phone calls, OR correct sizes..... do we really need to go on. Talent profiles are often outdated, showing models that are not available with photos that aren't good. We will provide you a link of models with current photos that want to work your project at the rate you provided. Please call us (818.470.1911) and fill out the request form online by clicking here. We will contact you to discuss all of your talent needs. We will then present you with a selection of people that fit your request and are available on the dates and times of your event.
When you are holding auditions, we will make the decision who attends the audition and who does not. We assume you it will save you a lot of time.

We screen all of our talent so you don't have to spend your valuable time doing so. We learn their strengths and find the best suited talent for you. We have thousands of talent & staff on our roster across the USA and can at a moments notice place the correct talent on any production or event.
